Institute of Hotel Management

Aims & Objectives :

The Institute of Hotel Management was set up with the main aim to expand and promote hospitality education and also to fulfill the requirement of manpower in the Hotel Industry as well as the Hospitality industry. This Institute also provides job oriented and professional higher education to all the students and promotes and regularizes hospitality education according to the demand of the Industry.

Courses Offered –

  1. 3 years course- BSc in H&HA
  2. Trade Diploma Courses in F & B Services, Food Production & Front Office
  3. Craftsmanship course in Food Production

Admission process –

  1. For 3 year course- BSc in H&HA, Admission through Joint Entrance Exam
    conducted by NCHM
  2. For Trade Diploma Courses, Admission through internal written examination
    followed by a viva interview.
  3. For Craftmanship course in Food Production, Admission through internal
    written examination followed by a viva interview.

Degrees/Diplomas/Certificates awarded-

  1. 3 years course- BSc in H&HA as awarded by the NCHMT and IGNOU.
  2. Trade Diploma Courses in F&B Service, Food Production & Front Office as
    awarded by NCHMT
  3. Craftsmanship Course in Food Production as awarded by NCHMT.
