Hee-Bermiok Home Stays

With the gleaming Khangchendzonga as the
backdrop, Hee-Bermiock is a tiny hamlet
nestled in West Sikkim. Over the years it

holidays. Bound by Kalez Khola in the North,
Hee Khola in the West, Rangit and Rangsang
Khola in the East and Samdong Reserve Forest
and Hee Patal in the South, Hee Bermiok

tourists to stay with them.
The place is truly appealing as a
sub-tropical Himalayan destination. The
variety of flora and fauna, with 65 species
of birds, makes it the place to head off to
for nature aficionados.
For sightseeing there are a number of
places of interests such as, Srijunga, Yuma
Samyo Mangheem,(LimbooTemple), Sirijona Cave
and the Wadhan falls, Shivalaya, Kailaspati
Alley Caves, Pheng Dogi Falls and Phur Cha-
Chu ( hot water spring) at Legship.
The area showcases its best at its annual
Heritage & Tourism Festival. Organized by
the Hee-Bermoik Tourism Development and
Heritage Conservation Society, the festival
not only witnesses a tremendous response
from the local gentry but receives an
equally warm response from foreign and
domestic tourists.
